Urbano Construction

Bingo Industries Recycling Centre, West Melbourne

This project involved the refurbishment of the Bingo Industries Limited (BIN) Recycling Centre on Dynan Road in West Melbourne. The JP Steelfix team worked intensively to ensure that the facilities built were sturdy, weathered and durable to handle Bingo Industries’ core business of processing “household, building, construction & demolition waste”.

Westkon Precast

M-City, Clayton

M-City is a ‘minature city’, the tier 1 job features four residential buildings, an international hotel, a nine-storey commercial tower and a precinct comprised of 60 specialty stores.

Pace Development Group

Pace of Collingwood Apartments, Collingwood

Pace of Collingwood comprises of 79 apartments across nine levels, within a building designed with large open spaces, providing an abundant amount of natural light, and balconies with astonishing views. The development will also feature three retail tenancies adjacent to Wellington, Cambridge, and Langridge Streets; car spaces as well.

Prahran High School, Windsor

Prahran High School is a development featuring a structure on 11,000sqm of land over 5 levels. It is a state-of-the-art vertical High School that will be open to students in 2019.

The Clarindale, Oakleigh South

Development of a low-rise apartment building development over 4 levels and total of 137 dwellings located in Oakleigh South. Designed in three separate zones/buildings – North, East and West with landscaped gardens and courtyards. Inside the apartments, floor to ceiling windows, generous sized balconies and natural bamboo flooring create an ambience of light and airy atmosphere.

Figurehead Construction

Alba Apartments, Mill Park

Constructed within 14 months, the precinct features 35 townhouses, 39 apartments, and 9 tenancies. The apartment complex integrates a concrete ground slab, with a suspended slab up to the first level and three levels of lightweight timber structure. An adjoining retail building integrates a ground slab, along with a suspended slab up to a steel structure which rises to the above floors.

Lago 184, Caroline Springs

Lago 184 comprises 18 architecturally designed, modern apartments in one of Melbourne’s fastest growing residential precincts. This boutique development was designed with nature in mind and draws inspiration from the scenic vistas of its immediate surroundings. Its striking facade was inspired by the dynamism of broad, modern-day streetscapes.

Hutchinson Builders/MPA Construction Pty Ltd

Melbourne Jetbase – Melbourne Aviation Precinct

The construction of this major development project encompasses a Private Jet Base inside the Melbourne Aviation precinct. The project incorprates a new purpose built jet hanger with the capacity for 17 private jets, display hanger, prestige passenger terminal, customs and security facilities, offices, storage space and basement carparking. In being a part of the Major Development Plan approved by the Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, this project presents an opportunity to attract further international business to Melbourne.

Willow Apartments, Doncaster

The development of Willow Apartments consists of 72 boutique apartments and terrace homes sitting on large format floor plates. With a large basement and three levels of accommodation, each apartment has elevated views in all directions comprising alongside high-level interior fitout and superb architectural design.

Ireland Brown Constructions

Illowa Malvern East Apartments, Malvern

The project, known as ‘Illowa’, is located at 12 – 16 Illowa St, Malvern East which is in close proximity to the Darling train station and East Malvern village. The site is approx. 2030m2 in size, the proposed building includes a single basement level with 2 buildings located across the basement, both of 4 storeys in height. Both east and west buildings include a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with a total of 52 apartments.

K&K Industries

Cremorne Apartments, Cremorne St, Cremorne

A six-level office building incorporating a ground floor cafe, basement six-level parking with five levels of self-contained office accommodation above. The floors will be constructed to the highest calibre with polished concrete floors, separate air conditioning systems, outdoor areas, abundant natural light and exclusive foyer areas.
